Due to exciting growth plans we are looking for a Finance/Payroll Assistant to join the team based at our Feltham office and join us on the next phase of our journey. We require an all round member of the team who can work across all functions of the Shared Service Centre to support the workload and changing objectives of the department

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the daily billing process for parts, service and equipment revenue
- Responsible for the cash collections process (excluding key accounts) including issuing statements and reminders, contacting customers for overdue invoices, managing the collections inbox, resolving queries
- Assisting with allocation of AR cash receipts
- Supporting AP with transactional processing of invoices
- Supporting the month end reporting processes
- Working closely with the HR Manager - EMEA to ensure the accurate uploading of information for payroll
- Liaising with the outsourced payroll provider on a monthly basis, acting as first point of contact for all payroll queries
- Work with external and internal auditors to answer questions and provide documentation
- Ensure compliance on SOX controls, statutory policies, and JBT Financial Standards

Qualifications:

- Accounting qualification or relevant work experience required.
- Previous experience in an all round accounts assistant position
- Experience in a shared service environment
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and strive for results
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Syteline desirable
- Ability to work productively and cohesively in a diverse and multicultural environment
- Excellent attention to detail
