A busy payroll bureau that is rapidly growing and therefore can offer someone the opportunity to grow with us and gain more responsibility with time.

We are looking to recruit a payroll administrator. Experience in payroll is beneficial but not necessary. The role is ideally suited to someone who is numerate, accurate, able to work to tight deadlines and willing to get involved in a range of tasks. We expect the individual to take a hands-on approach and be willing to learn.

We will provide training on our processes on employment.

The role will involve but will not be limited to the following:
- Processing payroll in an accurate and efficient manner
- Manual payroll calculations where needed
- Managing auto enrolment processes for clients
- Answering the phone
- Interacting with clients and responding to client queries
- Assisting with ad hoc requests from senior management team
- Opportunity for career progression and salary increase after one year

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation

Skills necessary:
- Good with numbers with a good grasp of basic maths
- Strong communication skills
- Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to be hands on and flexible
- Team player who is willing and able to work with others

Competitive salary dependent upon experience.

Benefits: enrolment in Nest pension scheme with 3% monthly employer contribution

Hybrid working offered

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
