If you are passionate about delivering brilliant customer service, you are self-motivated and flexible, always striving to find the best way of doing things - you belong at Bromford.

As a Service Coordinator your job is to provide support to the M&E Electrical & Heating teams. You will play a key role in scheduling and managing services across our estate and ensure maintenance works are actioned and completed successfully, using a variety of computer systems. Your role will have a genuinely positive impact on the lives of thousands of people, fundamental in ensuring Bromford meets its regulatory commitments.

Your main responsibilities will include scheduling appointments for gas services, repairs and heating installations - owning the process from start to completion.

You will help the team meet its repairs targets, working to achieve a first-time fix, learning from recalls and follow on works to drive efficiency and customer advocacy. You will be responsible for managing inboxes, ensuring all requests and follow-on work is completed within agreed timescales, monitoring and reporting on jobs from when they are raised to when they are invoiced, including checking and processing invoices, and you’ll be collaborating with our contractors to ensure our customers receive excellent, cost efficient, service. You will need to identify and highlight any issues as they arise and find solutions to resolve matters. You will also gather insight to help provide excellent customer service.

**To be a successful service coordinator, we want you to**:

- Have experience in a customer focused environment
- Bring knowledge of working with an electronic scheduling system (desirable)
- Bring a good understanding of health and safety
- Be an excellent communicator, able to communicate technical issues easily
- Have experience using Microsoft software and systems, such as Word and Excel
- Pride yourself on delivering an excellent customer service
- Have a meticulous eye for detail, methodical and take ownership and pride in your work
- Be self-motivated, confident and well organised, able to prioritise your workload
- Have initiative and experience of working without supervision
- Have a team approach being helpful and supportive, building and maintaining good working relationships
- Be willing to work outside, sometimes beyond, standard working hours to ensure we meet customer expectations
- Live and breathe our DNA and be a great ambassador for Bromford.

Your experience may be from roles such as credit control, service planner, service coordinator, repairs planner, customer service advisor, maintenance scheduler, amongst others.

If this sounds like you, you’ll feel right at home here. At Bromford we give both customers and colleagues the opportunity to realise their potential. In our team you’ll do incredible work and be rewarded for doing so. Not just in the smiling faces of the thriving communities that you help build, but in the trust, support, training, success and friendship you’ll find in our team.

In addition to a competitive salary, we will offer you a fantastic benefits package. This includes; 27 days holiday (plus statutory bank holidays); a choice of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes; trust-based flexible working, and a £500 personal allowance to spend on your choice of things like private medical cover, dental treatment and gym membership. Bromford Housing Group is committed to recruiting with care and safeguarding employees and customers, as a result we will carry out pre-employment checks.
