**Key Responsibilities**
- Raise appropriate paperwork for production including route cards, picking lists, work instructions
- Booking in manufactured items into stock using Sage 200 manufacturing system.
- Assist with shortages and queries raised during production process
- Manage non-conforming parts and associated processes
- Assisting with returns management
- Scanning paperwork for Quality system release process
- Sage200 experience desirable or equivalent ERP/SAP system
- Sharepoint and shared file usage experience

**Essential Skills**
- Proven experience as an Administrator
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Computer literate including proficiency in Microsoft office programs.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised.
- Proactive and eager to use initiative
- Approachable and helpful
