Meon Health Practice are looking to recruit a Systems Administrator in our IT department.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Systems administrator to join The Highlands Practice, Whiteley Surgery & Jubilee Surgery assisting the organisation in all aspects of IT.

Responsible to: IT Team Lead

**Main duties of the job**
- Manage starters/leavers login/smartcards
- Provide IT training for all new staff on current IT systems
- Manage and develop texting service for patients
- To trouble shoot and solve any IT/Network/Printer problems
- To assist in delivering exceptional service
- To assist in creating self-help documents for staff to resolve basic IT related issues
- Assist in QI project work as requested
- To keep up to date with
- To maintain the computer systems in an accurate and secure manner
- To assist with the role of essential systems, maintenance and migration for existing and new projects under the guidance of the Patient Service Manager
- Analyse clinical data and present figures to support decision making
- Produce system expertise to resolve problems and enhance processes
- Write and run reports within the IT system as requested
- To undertake any other duties commensurate with the scope of your role and within your skill set as requested
