We are currently seeking a Health & Safety Lead to support the development and embedment of our safety culture. This involves providing health and safety advice across all of our locations and vessels and undertaking planned inspections and investigations. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with business managers and staff to provide guidance, advice and support as well as working with the Learning and Development team to ensure appropriate training and learning is delivered to the relevant teams and individuals.

As well as supporting and assisting with the development of Health and Safety documentation, you will review and monitor near miss and accident data along with assisting with investigations where required.

To be considered for this role you should have previous experience of undertaking a similar role in the marine/heavy industry along with experience of undertaking audits, inspections, and investigations. You should hold a NEBOSH certificate or an equivalent Health and Safety qualification. You must hold a full UK Driving Licence and be willing to travel to TH locations across England and Wales.
