Assistant to Head of Engineering

Join us as the Assistant to the Head of Engineering and Operations, providing essential administrative and procedural support. This involves preparing departmental budgets as well as tracking and reporting on a monthly basis. You will also prepare high-level reports for the Executive team, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures as well as assisting the facilities maintenance team in the procurement and paperwork to support contractor engagement. **Skills and experience**:

- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Products.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Good written communication skills, including report-writing skills.
- Well-developed financial and budget management skills

**Qualifications**:

- Five level 2 qualifications including English and mathematics (ideally holding a level 2 qualification in business administration) or relevant experience.
