**Job Description**:

Making A Difference as an Assistant Director Policy, Change & Reform
Reporting directly to the Assistant Chief Executive, this position will provide the highest quality strategic policy advice and will have leadership oversight of a portfolio of services including Policy, Performance & Business Intelligence, Equality and Diversity, Communications & Engagement, Information Governance, Complaints, Executive Support and Organisational Design & Development.
Ultimately this role takes responsibility for drawing on resources from a wide range of multi-disciplinary teams, encouraging innovation to develop and deliver change. Amidst the current environment, this role is pivotal to building on our plans to support our communities, ensuring our systems and processes meet the needs and demands of our residents, colleagues, and partners.
About You
We are looking for a talented individual with the energy and enthusiasm to work collaboratively across all Directorates at various levels, working with Members, the Executive and Senior Leadership teams, and internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for someone who approaches problems differently and is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
