**Autumn Years Care is the leading home care provider in South Oxfordshire.**

Our team of award-winning Community Carers, support those who are living in their own homes to remain healthy and independent; we brighten day, create smiles, and provide much needed companionship to those in need.

Due to a high demand for our service, we are looking to recruit both full time and part time Community Carers operating in Thame, Princes Risborough, Chinnor, Watlington, and surrounding villages.

We are looking for individuals who are caring, empathetic and enjoy helping others; whether you are an experienced Carer or completely new to social care, we would like to hear from you.

**Role Summary**:
To provide personalised care to individuals in their own homes, working independently, and as part of a team. Duties include getting people up and ready for the day, personal care, meal preparation, light domestic duties, support throughout the day, companionship, and support with the individuals evening routine.
- A genuine interest in caring for, and supporting others
- Able to work independently as well as a part of a team.
- Great communication skills.
- A problem solver.
- Ability to adapt to varying working situations.
- Must have a driving license and own transport
- Must be available to work some weekends

**Benefits**:

- Hourly rate of £14 per hour, £17.50 per hour at bank holidays.
- £27,300 PA example full time salary at 37.5hrs per week.
- £11,648 PA example part time salary at 16hrs per week.
- Mileage allowance on top
- Bonus Scheme and employee incentive package
- Training for Care Certificate and NVQ Diploma levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 available
