Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Meadowcroft Care Home in Thame, Oxfordshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily routines and personal care, including washing, bathing, and toileting
- Assist with medication administration and monitoring
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage in social interactions
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction
