Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service?
Our client is a leading vehicle hire company based near Stowmarket, and are seeking a dedicated General Administrator to join their team and help drive the business forward.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle hires, returns, and customer details.
- Support the finance team with invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations.
- Assist in fleet management, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring vehicle availability.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to boost customer engagement.
- Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the vehicle hire or automotive industry.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with booking/reservation systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

This is an office based role working Monday to Friday circa. 08:00-17:00 with a small degree of flexibility
