Business Administration Apprenticeship

**The Job**:
Joining us as an Apprentice Administrator based at one of our local depot working on our Anglian Contract. You will be a vital part of the administration department that support the Depot and Operational Team. You will carry out a wide variety of administration tasks and will complete a Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship during the duration of the course for approximately 15 months.
**DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Raising Purchase orders
- Raising invoices
- Checking accounts
- Answering the incoming telephone calls
- Opening up work jobs on the computer system
- Closing jobs down when the work has been completed
- Using the inhouse Dynamic 365 system along with Microsoft Office
- Other general office support administration tasks
- You will have interaction with all the depot staff on site along with communication for the drainage engineers who come to site daily before going off the various jobs to carry out the work
*All training will be provided*
**KEY SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Keyboard skills
- Good communication skills
