In this role you will be providing general administrative support to a passionate field service engineering team who manage key accounts and major customer projects out in the field here in the UK and overseas.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator with great communication & organization skills looking for a varied, interesting and fast paced role with an industry leader who will invest in your career.
**The Role**:
- General administration and payroll support duties for a field service team of Engineers
- Raising purchase orders & Invoicing customers
- Travel and accommodation bookings & expense processing for field based teams
- Booking and maintaining mandatory training & medical requirements
- Previous experience as an Administrator within a similar environment
- Excellent numeracy & IT skills (Excel)
- Accurate, Efficient and with a 'can do' problem solving attitude
- Looking for a permanent position with a company who will invest in your training, development & long term progression
