**Retail Administrator**

**We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Retail team in the capacity of a Retail Administrator based at our Watford head office.**

Rontec is a leading independent forecourt retailer with over 264 service stations in the UK. Its sites are operated by independent business's known as Commission Operators. We work in partnership with a number of brands, Esso, BP, Shell, Morrisons Daily, Costa Coffee, Spar, Subway, Greggs and our own brand of Shop'n Drive to deliver the best fuel and retailing offering for our customers.

The role holder will provide the company with key support in all aspects of the administration functions within the Retail department with a focus on communication activities, database administration, report production and when required, operations assistants.

The role provides support, predominately to the company’s Retail department both within the office and field-based teams. The role also interacts and works in partnership with the company’s other departments, including our branded partnerships.

**What are your roles key tasks and responsibilities**:

- Daily update of the retail availability report working directly with our key partners
- To complete the weekly Mystery Motorist report and communicate to the operations network
- Manage and control reporting from the retail monthly promotional rebates
- Run sales monthly on our promotions
- Ensure invoices are being paid on time
- Update planograms within our internal platform
- Manage our communication for the retail department through our weekly Plan n Action report
- Support with our quarterly internal magazine
- Update news articles on Insite
- Support with our Annual Conference

**What you need to have to successfully complete the role**:

- Previous experience in retail is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
