We have a fantastic opportunity to join our People & Development team as a Reward and Proposition Lead. So if you are a a great communicator with excellent relationship management skills who is looking for autonomous role where you will demonstrate your skills,knowledge and experience - this position might be for you
In this role you will lead on the Nest Reward Proposition strategy supporting the recruitment and retention of high quality and talented colleagues. Specifically focused on pay and benefits you will ensure that Nest are market competitive and attractive tocolleagues and potential colleagues. You will also ensure that all our reward and benefits are focused on diversity and inclusiveness to ensure accessibility across all colleagues. In addition to ensuring the strategic alignment of reward, this role will alsoneed to manage annual pay and reward processes and keep policies up to date with support from others in the team.
**To be successful in this positions you will have the following skills, competencies and experience**:

- Experience of managing pay and benefits benchmarking for a medium organisation or being part of a team doing this in a large organisation
- Experience of working in a technical specialist reward role with ability to understand and analyse complex data and produce forecast modelling
- Experience of working as part of a broader human resources team to ensure that solutions are both fit for purpose and understood by employees
- Producing reward related papers and communications

**Directorate/Department Overview**
The People & Development (P&D) team covers the following functions, operations, business partnering, engagement, resourcing & talent, learning & development (L&D) and diversity & inclusion (D&I).
The team works in partnership with the organisation to provide an effective and professional service that helps deliver the People Strategy, mitigate people risks and deliver effective and efficient processes, systems and compliance for approximately 350 employees.
