This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join Lyca Health as Radiology Lead in our prestigious Canary Wharf Clinic. It will be your responsibility is to ensure patient safety is maintained to the highest quality of care standards at all times and thatwe are providing an effective and efficient radiography service.

LycaHealth provides purpose-built clinics offering the best diagnostic equipment, access to some of Europe’s best Consultants and a walk-in GP service. In both our clinics, Canary Wharf and Orpington, LycaHealth has diagnostic suites that are second to none,comprising of State-of-the-Art Philips 3T MRI Scanners, Multislice CT Scanners, Ultrasound as well as Digital X-ray technology.

Role Responsibilities include:

- Lead and develop the imaging service for MRI, CT, X-ray and Fluoroscopy.
- To oversee and carry out all aspects of MRI, CT and X-ray examinations and duties to a high professional standard.
- Deliver high quality diagnostic imaging utilising a range of modalities.
- To take responsibility for all processes, policies and procedures across the imaging department.
- Maintain strong and effective relationships and dialogue with all practicing consultants who deliver patient services at the Lyca health.
- To organise and prioritise the daily workload efficiently, ensuring that all patients are seen promptly and on time.
- Lead on CQC compliance for the imaging service.
- To undertake Quality Assurance testing to ensure equipment is operating optimally, highlighting problems in advance to minimise downtime.

Person Specification:

- At least 3 years’ experience as a Radiographer (CT, MRI and X-Ray).
- Experience in a high end independent healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills including Word and Excel

Role Information:
This is a full time, 37.5 hours per week, permanent position working shifts flexibly on the rota within opening hours of 0730 - 2100.

Competitive starting salary of £53,000 per annum
