We are looking for customer focused individuals to join our Passive Admin Team. Working as a part of a vibrant and energetic team, your role is to handle our customer queries, take ownership of the situation and demonstrate real empathy to provide a resolution to the customer's satisfaction.

**Key tasks**
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Use excellent customer service continuously
- Organise and report data
- Managing in house computer systems
- Use a diary system
- Filing and maintaining internal documents
- Store and retrieve information
- Working closely with and supporting PM in the Team
- Maintaining all department system to ensure data is clean
- Training team on members on correct process
- Contributing towards operational change
- Deal with procedures and complete paperwork as needed for external compliance

**Qualifications**
We will need you to have a full UK diving licence as the role involves UK travel.
