**Hybrid (up to 3 days per week working from home)**
**London SW5 0TU**
**Fixed-term contract (up to 6 months)**
**Up to £95,000, depending on experience + target bonus of 10% based on individual and company performance**
**Full-time - 37. 5 hours per week**

The Interim Head of Transformation Programme will be accountable for delivery of the technology change agenda across The Cromwell Hospital. Working with all stakeholder functions, including Clinical, Support Functions, Operations, Finance, People and Technology to achieve smooth, successful, safe development and deployment of technology across The Cromwell Hospital. Partnering internal Technology team, BGUK Technology and vendors to drive and shape product roadmap to deliver optimal outcomes for The Cromwell.
**How you'll help us make health happen**
**As Interim Head of Transformation Program, you will**:
- Work with stakeholders to define project / programme scope.
- Manage the overall technology change portfolio across The Cromwell.
- Delivery and ownership of project plan and actions in line with business SLA's.
- Build rapport and strong relationships with teams across the Hospital.
- Identify any areas of risk, concern and agree next steps and action plans with relevant stakeholders.
- Guide and support the creation of consistent implementable best practice ways of working across all hospital functions.
- To identify, understand, plan and manage all areas of dependencies and critical path across The Cromwell.
- Manage a team of Project and Programme managers, creating best practice PMO within the team.
- To establish and manage effective and trusted relationships with key UK stakeholders and IT project stakeholders.
- To align with the appropriate Bupa project governance and reporting frameworks within BGUK.
- Effectively engage and manage the dependencies with Bupa IT Shared Services.
- Effectively engage and manage external vendors along with internal team.
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance of projects to applicable regulatory bodies.
- Responsible for plan & critical path.
- Project execution and monitoring.
- Responsible for project activity definition, sequencing, duration, schedule development & control.
- Project resource planning, cost estimating, budgeting and cost control.
- Responsible for project quality planning, quality assurance, project compliance and control.
- Identifying and managing risk.
- Responsible for risk mitigation plans and plan implementation.
- Responsible for project risk monitoring & control.
- Project scope management and managing project dependencies.
- Responsible for development of quality training material and plan.
- Responsible for development of quality communication materials and plan.
- Responsible for development and introduction of new operational business processes, where required.
**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role**:
- A good understanding of the Hospital industry and working practices, having gained experience working in a Hospital.
- Advanced knowledge of managing all aspects of technology projects.
- Advanced knowledge of managing business change.
- Organisational skills and ability to create & manage multiple plans.
- Knowledge of clinical software and digital imaging systems.
- Flexibility to meet the demands of a hospital undergoing digital transformation.
- High proven levels of communication, ability to build rapport and organisational skills (including written and verbal).
- The ability to work under pressure, deliver to tight deadlines and manage professional stakeholders.
- Attention to detail at all times, in all forms of communication.
- Responsible for the technology change portfolio of projects and programmes across The Cromwell Hospital.
- Proven work experience as a Project/Programme Manager or similar role.
- Experience in project/programme management, from conception to delivery.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Trello...)
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is a plus.
