**JOB SUMMARY**

This is a really exciting role for the right person to gain first hand-experience in supporting vulnerable individuals, working collaboratively with a wide variety of services external to Homemore, and being part of a dynamic and creative team.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**

Experience in:

- Safeguarding (preferred);
- working with vulnerable/displaced people (preferred);
- working with people with complex and multi-faceted needs (preferred);
- keeping good administration records and using a computer daily;
- handling and de-escalating highly pressured situations;
- working collaboratively and independently;
- recording, reviewing and analysing information and data;
- maintenance/building management.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining updated and accurate resident information and data;
- Supporting residents with welfare plan actions;
- Being the initial point of contact for residents should they need assistance (CV building, medication ordering, practical support etc.)
- Enforcing Homemore house rules;
- Keeping a record of and maintaining room inventory and arranging replacements for damaged/missing items;
- Liaising with other Staff to strive for Continuous Improvement;
- Organising maintenance and cleaning teams and providing them with job sheets;
- Helping residents with life admin such as benefits, bank accounts, identifications, property searches etc;
- Highlighting safeguarding concerns regarding residents;
- Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation around resident welfare;
- General Administration (day-to-day and project based).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract, Graduate, Volunteer, Internship
Part-time hours: 0-40 per week

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
