**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with our Flooring, Waterproofing and Repair product ranges, you will be responsible for the administration of the sales process in SAP from order receipt to delivery and invoicing, ensuring that all orders are executed in an efficient and cost-effective manner and in line with the customers' expectations. In this role, accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
- You will understand the project pricing concept and ensure accurate pricing of all orders.
- You will establish good relationships with internal departments (Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Sales Administration) and external partners (3PL, Freight Forwarders, carriers etc).
- You will monitor and report all complaints and non-conformance issues and ensure outcomes are recorded.
- You will provide support to the Customer Service Supervisor for departmental tasks as required.

**Experience**:

- You have several years’ experience in a customer facing order management role.
- You have a good level of education (minimum A level standard or equivalent)
- You have strong IT skills, with the ability to work with MS Office packages and SAP S4 HANA.
- You have good commercial awareness and knowledge of business processes.
- You have good organisational, interpersonal and team working skills.
- The ability to prioritise your workload and manage your customers’ expectations is essential.
- Second language would be advantageous.
