**Finance Assistant**
**Robert Pinkus Property Management Ltd. is an established, Preston-based, commercial property management company which has been trading throughout the North West since 1978.**
Reporting to the Finance Manager and M.D. of this commercial property management company, you will be experienced in purchase ledger, invoice management and have accounting skills and knowledge of other accounting packages. Adaptable and flexible in your approach to work with the ability to demonstrate high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To create and post rent and service charge invoices.
- To manage and input supplier invoices.
- To prepare reports and reconciliation.
- To support the property management team.
- To assist with debtor reporting and reducing aged debts.
- To support the statutory accounts production.
- Produce client reports.
- Produce tenant statements.
**Ad hoc Key Skills**:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy.
- An adaptable and flexible approach to work.
- Fast learner.
- A professional telephone manner.
- Self-starter
**Essential Software Experience**:
- Excellent computer skills (especially use of Excel).
- Sage and other accounting software an advantage.

Preston City Centre
**Salary**
Up to £25k doe (pro-rata)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 - 25 per week
