**The Opportunity**:
The Business Delivery Platform (BDP) team is responsible for the selection, development and support of all the Purchasing & Cross Process interacting tools (e.g. Buyers, Suppliers, Integration with Engineering Processes). We are currently embarking on a major toolset modernisation programme that will transform the way in which we develop our vehicles, and we are looking for talented individuals who can help us to accelerate this transformation.

We use agile development methodologies as the operating model for our department. In this role you will be joining our Deployment team and will be working closely with your teammates and customers to deliver working capability at pace.

The role of a Super User Network Lead is to create and lead the super user network, to cascade information across the organisation to enable change delivery.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
**The Role**:

- Build strong working relationships with relevant functions to effectively support the deployment change team
- Work with cross functional teams to integrate/enable super user adoption across the organisation
- Identify critical stakeholders and groups to build an effective engagement plan
- Consult and coach super user network to champion change and provide visibility of the APQP project
- Inform and support communication through developing a vision for the network, ensuring alignment with the project vision
- Establish and coordinate a Super User Network, including engagement during testing
- Align ways of working for the project across different functions and stakeholder groups
- Provide input and support for the design and delivery of training programmes and transition into BAU
- Remove blockers to ensure the change team can regularly engage with project and business to validate changes that have been identified

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
**Experience Required**:
Essential
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Demonstrable experience in managing transformational projects
- Experience designing, facilitating and managing workshops focused on driving successful outcomes
- Experience in driving cultural/ behavioural change
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and excellent active listening skills
- Exceptional stakeholder skills, ability to build relationships quickly with and engage stakeholders, with a high impact in one on one/ group/workshop situations
- Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
- Good business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of system implementation projects
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Stakeholder management

Desirable
- Have a good level of competence across JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint
- Ability to deliver with urgency
- Ability to work with ambiguity
