Compliance Coordinator

**Salary**: £25K-£28K pa + Performance Bonus

**Employer**: Minerva Nursing

**Location**: Shoreditch, London EC2A

**Hours**: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Identification checks - Checking and verifying documentation
- Continuous updating of records accurately as required
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Assisting with reporting and updating the sales team with new starter’s compliance status
- Liaising with the sales team and escalating possible issues and any delays that may occur
- Monitoring the compliance mailbox when required and responding in a good timely manner
- Attending regular meetings with the sales team to provide updates and feedback
- Uploading of documents and notes to the company CRM
- Creating ID badges
- To carry out other ad hoc duties relevant to the post
