**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and book appointments and queries
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
- Perform clerical duties as required on our software system and as meets the needs of the clinic
- Maintain stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role and prior experience in scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Proficient in computer skills and ability to adapt to use of new software system for booking and scheduling appointments
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team
