Showroom Host/receptionist

**Location: Hillmans Way, Coleraine.**

**Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm**

We are a leading manufacturer, designer and supplier of bespoke kitchen, bedroom and fitted furniture solutions, as well as a fabricator and retailer of bespoke quality fitted stone worktops. We are committed to providing our customers with beautiful, high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Receptionist and Showroom Host to join our team at our Coleraine showroom.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet customers and provide them with a warm, professional welcome as they enter the showroom.

Manage appointments and maintain an organised schedule for our various showrooms.

Provide customers with information about our products and services and guide them through the showroom.

Assist customers in selecting the right products and solutions to suit their needs and preferences.

Support the sales team by ensuring all necessary "new lead" paperwork is completed and properly filed.

Keep the showroom clean and well-presented.

Address customer issues in a timely and professional manner, updating our online support ticket software.

Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or showroom host role, preferably in a kitchen, bedroom, or fitted furniture showroom.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Knowledge of kitchen, bedroom, and fitted furniture products is a plus but not essential, as training will be provided.

A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

The ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Flexibility to work at out of normal working on request i.e special events and open days.

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
