As a payroll administrator you will be an integral part of the firm’s payroll team whose aim is to ensure the UK firm’s 5,000 people, GTIL population and ever growing contractor population are paid accurately and on time each month. You will be one of fourpayroll administrators who will support the payroll leadership team by delivering the monthly payrolls of the firm. As well as the payrolls there is lots of opportunities to get involved in operational efficiencies and other projects to further develop yourown career aspirations.

**A look into the role**

As a Payroll Administrator within Finance, you will:

- Work with the payroll leadership team to deliver the monthly timetables for the payrolls.
- Act as the first port of call for employee queries, to deliver a first class service to the business on payroll queries, great communication skills are key.
- Manage your own workload ensuring that your own KPIs and the teams KPIs are delivered each month.
- Have a curious mind and be adept at investigating and understanding processes and policies ensuring that reasons for variances are understood. Continuous improvement is a goal for the team and you will have a key role to play in enhancing the way the teamdelivers the payroll to create maximum efficiencies.

**Knowing you’re right for us**

Joining us as a Payroll Administrator the minimum criteria you’ll need is a background in Financial Services Administration. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop alongthe way.
- Experience of tools and technology related to payroll, particularly Workday
- Experience of Microsoft office tools particularly Excel
- Problem solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
- Experience of working within a team
