**Hours of Work**
You will be employed for 37.5 hours a week. From 8.30am - 5pm.
**Training**
You will receive on the job training.
**What will you be doing?**
In this role, you'll dive into various administration functions, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and seamless support across the board. Your tasks will include:
- Processing invoices precisely and accurately, utilising our bespoke rental system and Microsoft Office suite.
- Engaging with customers and suppliers to address queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handling queries related to invoicing and payments..
- Facilitating supplier payments and reconciling statements.
- Managing traffic violations and vehicle damage claims efficiently.
- Collaborating with different departments to support organisational objectives.
- Collaborating closely with customers and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and fostering strong relationships.
**What are we looking for?**
**An experienced administrator who possesses the following**:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy limiting queries.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong teamwork skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Good Numeracy Skills
- Strong organisational skills, with the capability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS office packages (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience in supporting and coordinating with teams.
