Customer Services Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Ensure excellent customer service by monitoring and evaluating calls and interactions
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints
- Train new team members on customer service procedures and company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
