Responsibilities:

- Analyse customer service team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve customer satisfaction
- Manage and supervise a team of customer service executives
- Communicate with customers to resolve complex issues or escalations
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service processes and procedures
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse data to drive improvements
- Experience in supervising or leading a team in a customer service environment

As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of customer service representatives, analysing team performance, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. Your excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and strong problem-solving skills will be essential in this role.
