We're looking for a highly organised HR Project Administrator, able to work at a fast pace but with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. You would provide comprehensive support to the HR Team within a leading manufacturing business based in Bury St Edmunds.

This is a new role thanks to an exciting period of growth for the business with lots of exposure and opportunity to explore multiple areas of HR. Offering a salary of circa £27,000 plus great benefits. You’ll ideally be situated in the local Bury St Edmunds area, full-time role preferred however consideration will be given to those looking for part-time hours. A degree of flexibility will be needed to support the business when required.**Responsibilities**
This is a brand new role as the business continues to undergo exciting growth, you would provide comprehensive and effective administrative support to the HR Team with key tasks including
- Producing HR project communications and maintaining project files
- General administration/HR records administration of confidential and highly sensitive information
- Administer, amend and maintain accurate information within the HR system
- Support the wider HR team on specific project work when required
- Support of 1-to-1 meetings and note taking**Requirements**:
Key skills will include
- Ability to work at a fast pace but still have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines
- Strong planning and organisational skills with a ‘can-do’ approach to managing a varying workload
- Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information
- Working knowledge of employment legislation, including TUPE an advantage
