We have an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to join a forward thinking and sustainable organisation on a permanent basis. Our client is open to an individual who is looking for either a full-time or part-time role.

This is a site-based role, located in the centre of Cardiff. Our client is offering a negotiable salary, depending on experience, as well as a tailored working pattern. You will be supported by a highly experienced HR Manager by overseeing the employee lifecycle, as well as taking on any ad hoc duties to support the needs of the business.

**Duties**:

- Acting as the first point of contact for any HR related queries
- Maintaining and updating HRIS system
- Producing and running, weekly/monthly MI reports
- Maintaining employee personnel documents
- Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes and administration
- Carrying out inductions
- Processing starters and leavers
- Conducting exit interviews
- Maintaining training records
- Arranging and coordinating training sessions
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
- Promoting Diversity and Inclusion within the workplace
- Carrying out adhoc tasks

Our client is looking for this individual that is hands on with a strong work ethic. It is important that the successful individual understands the importance of confidentiality and attention to detail.

It is imperative that you have gained previous experience working within a HR environment - the CIPD qualification is desirable, but not essential.
