**Job Description**:
**Job Title**: In Room Dining Supervisor

**Location**: St Andrews, Fife

**Contract**: Full-time, Permanent

As In Room Dining Supervisor you will take responsibility for allocated areas of the Hotel for the service of Food and Beverage and maximise customer satisfaction through anticipating guest requests, responding to special requests positively.

**What you will be doing**:

- To take orders from the guests over the telephone in the agreed manner and procedure
- To prepare trays for orders and fetch food and beverage from relevant areas of the hotel for service
- To deliver orders to the rooms, receive signature from guests and retrieve trays once guests have no further use of their trays
- To assist and organise with the replenishment of the mini bars
- To compile rotas for the department and ensure that only trained and competent associates take telephone orders
- To be responsible for the replenishment of the mini-bars and control the charging and stock holding
- To ensure that the standards of service are adhered to and exceeded on each shift

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar position
- Customer service focused
