Come and be part of the Energise Me Workforce team, working closely with the Head of Insight, Evaluation and Workforce and grow our network of people influencing and advocating for the benefits of physical activity.

With a focus on the bold leaders and support to get started themes, the role will support the wider network to deliver the We Can Be Active strategy by:

- Listening and learning from each other.
- Continually developing and improving experiences.
- Championing active lifestyles.
- Working together to measure the impact of We Can Be Active

Here's a taster of some of the work you'd be doing:

- Build, foster, develop and maintain key strategic relationships to support the development of bold leaders across the system and within the physical activity workforce.
- Advise and encourage partners to embed physical activity in their delivery, using insight on the power of an appropriately skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
- Support all partners to collate learning and to include creative evaluation methods.
- Build and grow networks to encourage learning from experiences.
- Gather and use local, regional, and national insight to facilitate the delivery of projects which focus on increasing the breadth and diversity of bold leaders who will support the ambitions of We Can Be Active.
- Use local data and insight on the power of people to influence key local partners to prioritise workforce and workforce development.
- Keep abreast of regional and national insight and activate national campaigns at a local level.

**Salary**: From £30,450.00 per year
