We are currently recruiting for a Voids Officer to join the Voids Team to ensure that Tower Hamlets tenants have an excellent customer experience when moving into Council homes and to assist in bringing about the fastest possible turnaround of vacant properties under the management of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
The ability to contribute to the delivery of an excellent void management service

The ability to work as a team member and to work closely with others

The ability to provide excellent customer service

Sound administrative and communication skills
