**Job Title: Trainer/Assessor - Engineering**

**Hours: Mon to Fri 37 hours / week Full Time**

**Location: Cambridge, UK**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Permanent Salary: £28,000 - £39,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)**

Herts Resourcing Group (HRG) is currently working with a college in Cambridgeshire and we're looking for an experienced Trainer / Assessor for the Engineering Department.

**You will**:

- Provide support and training to learners within their workplace.
- Assess learners' competence in alignment with industry and qualification standards.
- Record assessment outcomes accurately.
- Assist in preparing learners for their End Point Assessment.

**Must have**:

- Passion for training and development.
- Relevant Level 4 or above qualifications in engineering disciplines (essential).
- Assessor qualification (essential)
- Experience within related industries.
- Additional qualifications or experience in related fields would be beneficial but are not essential
