Housing Options Support are looking to appoint a Business Support Officer who will be required to work independently and as part of a team.
**The role will include a wide range of administrative tasks**:
- Record keeping,
- Managing incoming calls,
- Arranging temporary accommodation for housing options customers,
- Attending meetings and minute taking.
- Procurement, creating and inputting service spreadsheets will also be required.
- Managing filing systems,
- Staff rotas and out of hours duty rotas.
**Skills required**
We are looking for someone who is a good team player who is proactive and can keep a level head in a very busy service, an individual who can work on their own initiative and as part of a small team.
Fantastic communication skills and excellent organisation skills are essential and a high level of IT competency in using Word and Excel are required.
**Location**
During the training period you
will be required to work in the office (Civic Centre Harrogate) 5 days a week Monday to Friday.
Once training is complete you will
be required to work three days in the office (Civic Centre Harrogate)
