If you can deliver quality care to children and young people, then this is your chance to help them enjoy fulfilling lives as part of our Complex Care Team. Working as part of our dynamic and developing team, you will meet the needs of children requiring complex nursing care and ventilation within their own home environment.
Your role will involve delivering personal care, fluid and nutrition often via gastrostomy’s, medications, tracheostomy care, suctioning and catherisation.
You will enable the children in our care to take part in everyday activities such as school, recreation and holidays.
You will be provided with an excellent opportunity to develop you skills in an environment that encourages innovation and evidence-based practice. A comprehensive induction and professional development programme is available.
