Do you want to develop in an international and dynamic company with innovative products? Our new to the UK Customer Service Team Leader will lead and develop the Customer Experience Team and support the UK key corporate accounts. This role will require close supervision of the team and monitoring of the set targets. Working with all internal stakeholders to continually improve processes to give our customers an exceptional experience in their day-to-day management of their mobility requirements.

**DO WHAT YOU LOVE**
- Day to Day performance monitoring of the team through task setting and follow up
- Working with all internal stakeholders to ensure customer excellence and needs
- Be the conduit between Receivables, Customer and inside sales reduce outstanding debt
- Ensuring the department’s KPIs are met (revenue, service, B2B customer satisfaction)
- Have a full understanding of each customer contractual terms / KPI’s
- Identify key issue trend analysis and correct root cause
- Partnering up with international colleagues, to expand co operations with customers across the globe
- You will be a service-oriented administrator with strong sales customer relationship management skills for the car rentals division in UK.
- Making changes and cancellations to bookings, extensions and off hires
- Processing invoice Correction/Invoice disputes/Rate Correction (long term)/No show correction and P11D
- Answering incoming customer calls
