**The Role**

To manage a caseload in accordance with company processes and procedures; providing an efficient, quality legal service whilst contributing towards operational goals and objectives.

**Primary Duties**
- To pro-actively and effectively manage a caseload; ensuring exemplary file management at all times and in accordance with prescribed Service Level Agreements.
- To work as part of a team to answer incoming calls and provide cover for other team members as required.
- To litigate effectively in accordance with internal processes and procedures.
- To provide legal advice and assistance to clients in line with their best interests and within the relevant sphere of expertise.
- To seek authority in line with defined authority levels for all necessary key stages of

case management.
- To achieve individually defined targets and contribute to team and operational objectives.
- To ensure accuracy of all external communications at all times; ensuring guidance is

sought as and when appropriate.
- To attend and communicate with clients, courts and barristers as required.
- To ensure a current, working knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the CPR and areas of practice at all times.
- To undertake any training necessary to perform the role effectively

**Required**
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact confidently with both staff and members of the public
- English GCSE (grade 9-1, A-C or Key Skills Level 2 or equivalent)
- Proven ability to plan, manage and prioritise workloads
- Flexible approach to working depending on the needs and priorities of the department
- Capability to undertake all assignments in a timely manner

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of GDPR and Data Protection

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,500.00 per year
