**THE COMPANY**:
Brewster Partners are delighted to be recruiting for a Commercial Manager. You will be responsible for forecasting sales and the managing the external sales team, as well as providing commercial support to the Europe based Internal Sales teams and feedingmarket information back to our Global Technical Technology Managers.

**THE JOB**:

- Achievement of sales targets, profit and growth for designated customers and territories
- Understand, articulate and sell range of solutions to new & identified customers.
- Owner of the forecasting process(es) that is used for monthly forecast and "forecast" orders, AOP and Strategic Planning. Ensure that we are improving our forecasting accuracy.
- Maintenance and development of account plans for all new & targeted customers
- Develop the sales strategies
- Working with the Project Delivery teams to ensure all customers' requirements are delivered upon.
- Working closely with management across the Division to identify opportunity for growth.
- Provide relevant market intelligence and insight for the region to support growth plans.
- Assist senior management with regular reports including forecasting, customer reporting and market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate pipeline via CRM.
- Maintaining an awareness of projects and opportunities among global OEM vehicle builders, third party consultants and rail system operators across the region.
- You are required to work closely with, and provide outstanding support to, our inside sales & business development teams.
- You will help develop closer working relationships between all business' Europe Commercial Managers & Business Development lead to ensure collaboration is maximised for the full benefit of the Company.
- Analyse customer requests along with the Internal Sales Team for quotations and supporting documentation such as drawings and written specifications and past performance to establish a selling price that maintains Division's sales and profit objectives.
- Review bid requests for material requirements and determine supply capability with input from product management, supply chain, engineering and operations.
- Consult with supply management and operations to determine manufacturing lead times for bid requests and "non-standard" orders.

**THE PERSON**:

- 4- Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Engineering or related technical field is preferred.
- 5 plus years' experience in estimating, inside sales, or production supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German. Excellent business German.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Demonstrated experience in Visual ERP or other manufacturing ERP software.
- Proven & demonstrable history of selling into the German Rail Industry desirable.
- Experience of prospecting for new business and account management of existing business desirable.
- Delivery of pricing proposals for technology-based solutions.
- Strong negotiation & closing skills.
