Link3 Recruitment are seeking a talented and creative Early Years Practitioner required to start work in one of our Nurseries located in Tamworth (B77).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Early Years Practitioner who is committed to providing the highest quality childcare and education for children aged 0-4

**Job Details**:
This Early Years Practitioner role is flexible starting on a temporary basis, with the potential of progressing to a permanent position.

We require a passionate and committed Early Years Practitioner that will innovate and raise standards as well as attainment. A good sense of humor, the ability to relate and effectively communicate with young people are essential.

**To be successful for this Nursery Practitioner position, you will**:

- Will hold minimum NVQ Level 2 Childcare, Learning and Development or equivalent.
- Have previous experience working as a nursery practitioner or within a nursery setting.
- Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
- Have a passion for working with children.
- Provide a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures.
- Innovative and resourceful teaching methods.

**Essential Requirements**:
As a minimum, all applicants must have:

- A minimum of NVQ Level 2 Childcare, learning and development or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 months experience working as a nursery practitioner or within a nursery setting.
- A positive approach to child development, managing behavior and be passionate about your area of expertise which is evident in your teaching
