**Job Specification**:
To further expand into the Ethnic Retail Market, the Company requires the following **Sales Administrative **function:

- Running stock requirement reports for all warehouses.
- Reconcile delivery notes and communicate with suppliers for any issues (shortage, damages, etc)
- Deal with customer queries and providing after care support.
- Updating and maintaining customer records.
- Planning and scheduling deliveries for customers by liaising with Sales Executives and the Transport Department.

Your role will also include **Telesales**:

- Generate telesales in the ethnic retail market among existing customer base.
- Sell and promote our products and services.
- Generate telesales to onboard new customers.
- Update customers with new product lines and services.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure an ongoing relationship.

**Salary**:Negotiable dependent on sales and administrative experience. 28 days holiday incl. bank holidays.

**Schedule**:Monday-Friday, 1000am to 1800pm.
