Technical Administrator

We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join our Regional Civil Engineering team based in Hatton.
**Location**: Hatton,Warwick - occasional remote working available, with travel to the office required
**Contract**: 6 month Fixed Term Contract - flexible and condensed hours available if desired, just let us know
**What will you be responsible for?**
As a Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the Regional Civil Engineering team, supporting them with administrative functions to ensure the framework and office runs in a timely and organised manner..
Your day to day will include:
- Assisting the Framework Manager, Commercial Manager and Project Team with the placing of supplier orders.
- You will manage Goods Received Notes, including collection from site, collation/task code/validation and GRN system entry (Plant & Materials).
- Collecting and Recording social value information from the Project team and inputting into relevant platforms.
- Maintaining team training matrix and assisting with booking relevant training.
- Invoice verification, where system applicable, including Invoice matching and processing, invoice queries, and exception handling.
- Drafting of project case studies to support the Project Managers with end of project submissions.

This role of Technical Administration is great for you if:
- Computer literate, with experience of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Excellent Attention to detail and Time management skills
- Working as part of a team to deliver objective of the project and wider business
