**WHAT KIND OF WORK WILL I DO?**

Working within a large warehouse, operating across two shift patterns 6-2pm and 2-10pm Monday to friday
- Ensuring all order are processing and packed as per Customer requirements
- Completing one to ones with Teams
- Ensuring Safe systems of work and processes within the warehouse environment and being followed
- Resource planning - ensuring all roles within the warehouse domain are covered in order to process all of the daily orders.
- Ensuring all Key Performance Indicators are met
- Ensuing Heath and Safety is paramount to all
- Contributing to Continuous Improvement projects

**WHAT WILL I LEARN ON MY APPRENTICESHIP**

Working to achieve A Batchelors Degree in Supply Chain Management with Aston university, you will cover the below areas and many more.
- Logistics Management
- Financial Management
- Supply Chain analytics
- Developing Leadership and Management Capability
- Managing Projects and Performance

**WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?**
- A passion for Supply Chain Logistics.
- An ordered mind set
- Eagerness to learn

**WHAT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED?**
- 260 UCAS points (104+UCAS points from Sept 2017 under the new UCAS tariff system)
- Grade 4 -9(C) GCSE English and Mathematics or functional skills at Level 2
- Completion of a level 3 Apprenticeship/Professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Must be fluent in English
- You must have achieved G.C.S.E.s in Mathematics and English with Grade C and above/4-9 or have a achieved Level 2 Functional skills in both English and Mathematics
- As part of the Supply Chain Leadership Degree Level 6 Apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years as it is a government funded apprenticeship programme

£23,000 per annum starting salary. As an Apprentice your salary will increase throughout the programme.

Apprentices can contribute their ideas to influence the success of our business and be a part of an organization that makes an impact to society as well as to the world of logistics. After your programme you will transition into the Alumni community to continue the growth of your career.

**WORKING WEEK**: 40 hours shift patterns will apply
