Supply Chain Operations Manager

As our new Supply Chain Manager, you'll oversee all supply chain activities, from raw materials procurement to delivery of the finished product to our customers.
You will be working closely with regional and group functions, supporting strategic planning, direct purchasing, customer service, production planning and scheduling, shipping, transport, internal logistics and any other activity that may interface with the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Mastery of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across departments
- Translate the Group strategy into priorities for action and resources in your field of activity
- Participate in and implement solutions concerning logistics strategy and organisation, and improvements to the efficiency and performance of the function
- Manage projects and drive change (organisation, systems, operations, culture, transfer, etc.)
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a supply chain management position
- Strong knowledge and understanding of a high-performing ERP system
- Desire for continuous improvement and emphasis on teamwork
- Strategic thinker with an eye for both short-term and long-term solutions
- Data-driven individual who can confidently interpret and present key supply chain indicators
