**Apprentice Administrator/Receptionist**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Mornings will be spent with the administration team dealing with post and electronic notifications (these will include test results, Out of Hours and A&E attendances and hospital letters/discharges.

Afternoons will be spent with our reception team answering the telephones, dealing with patient queries face-to-face and working on e-consults.

**Skills and Qualities**
- Ability to follow instruction
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Competent computer skills
- Personable and hard-working
- Self-motivating and a team player

£206.25 per week

Monday to Friday: 10.30am to 18.30pm

**Desired Qualities** - Mathematics and English at GCSE Level 4 and above
