**Responsibilities will include -**
- Provide a high-quality range of administrative support services across departments.
- Manage the relevant departmental inboxes and assign as/where necessary.
- Work closely alongside the existing Administrator to ensure harmonious completion of tasks.
- Liaise with external housebuilders to build brand awareness and ensure our client experience is as smooth as possible.
- Update our internal systems with customer addresses in a timely fashion, to ensure customers can place orders.
- Ensure effective data entry and upkeep of spreadsheets.
- Interact on the phone with external clients, for example checking in and dealing with enquiries.
- Ensure external stakeholders are kept informed of any problems or opportunities relating to our products and services.
- Write and send communications to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and organise customer events.
- Update the brand’s websites as required by the Marketing Manager.
- Order and despatch equipment to customer properties, ensuring the safe return of them when they are no longer required.
- Ensure all aspects of daily, weekly and monthly reports are completed in a timely fashion.
- Actively monitor social media and prepare social media report for senior management.
- Provide administrative support to the Contact Centre to resolve customer enquiries and faults.
