The Klarent portfolio of 12 Hilton hotels is owned by Henderson Park Fund II, which comprises 11 in the UK and 1 in Ireland. The UK franchise is the largest Hilton Franchise in the UK. Klarent also manages 15 Mercure hotels on behalf of LRC Real Estate (London) and Aroundtown SA (Frankfurt). The scale of assets under management is in the region of £1bn. Klarent is performing very well and has a significant pipeline of deals with exciting and ambitious growth plans for the future.
**Key Activities and Responsibilities**:
- Verify and investigate any discrepancies in the daily upload of PW invoices into Microsoft Nav, ensuring accuracy
- Process non-PO invoices and staff expenses in Microsoft Nav
- Verify and investigate discrepancies in vendor records and ledgers, maintaining accuracy
- Create AP payment proposal files and accurately upload them to the bank
- Upload one-off urgent payments, process salary deductions, handle Irish payroll and manage VAT payments
- Allocate payments to corresponding invoices
- Maintain sufficient funding in payment accounts
- Send remittances to suppliers
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Address queries related to accounts payable
**Experience**:
- Work experience in accounts payable
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
- Data entry skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to detail with large volumes of data / invoices
- High understanding of the end-to-end process of AP
**Characteristics and Behaviours**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Ability to be capable of dealing with multiple deadlines
**Salary**:An attractive salary of up to circa £35,000 dependent on experience.
