**SENIOR ASSOCIATE GLOBAL CLINICAL TRIAL CONSULTING OPERATIONS**

**What you will do**

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will provide support to clinical teams to setup clinical trial committees.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring compliance & legal requirements are met for HCP contracts per country requirements
- Contract generation
- Budget generation within FMV
- Interpreting country compliance requirements and recognize when to escalate to country compliance lead
- Payment System configuration and updates
- Supplier onboarding
- Process payments to ensure consistency with contracts and compliance guidelines
- Ensuring meeting related logistics and meals are within country requirements
- Maintaining accurate consultancy and payment records
- Providing oversight and coordination of all centralized operations activities for clinical trial arrangements

The Clinical Trial Consulting operations team is an international team within R&D Global Development Operations that is responsible for operational tasks to setup clinical trial committees and other trial related HCP engagements. We’re also responsible for Fair Market Value (FMV) assessment and managing the payments for HCP engagements.

- Specialist work experience in financial support or contract administration role
- Experience working in a global, matrix organization
- Proficiency in anticipating and resolving problems
- Familiarity with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
- Familiarity with general pharmaceutical industry guidelines

**LOCATION**

Ability to work fully remote, or, if situated near an office, the option to work flexibly from home with occasional office presence at our Cambridge or Uxbridge next-generation workspace.
