We are looking to recruit an Administrator/Coordinator to manage bookings and handle customer enquiries. You will be joining our full time office based team of five people (and two small dogs).

You do not need specific qualifications but you should as a minimum have 12 months experience working in a full time job (eg retail or administration). You will be a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Main duties and tasks:

- Handling customer calls
- Dealing with booking enquiries
- Allocating assignments to operatives
- General administrative support

Your principal role will be to respond to new booking enquiries, take details from the customer and then to assign the role to our nearest available operative. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confident phone manner.

We are looking for a people person who likes talking to people and who enjoys building relationships with both colleagues and clients.

As part of a small and growing company you will be expected to get involved with any aspect of the business requiring attention and to support other members of the team, giving you plenty of variety.

TIB Services is a nationwide provider of relief caretakers and temporary site support to schools and care homes.

We primarily recruit operatives from the emergency services and military. Before being placed in a school for the first time we undertake thorough vetting including gathering of documents, references and an Enhanced DBS check.

The company is planning significant expansion over the next 12-24 months, providing lots of opportunity for the right person to progress their career and to grow with the company.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
